General Terms and Conditions
for the online shop of Praxis und Fotoatelier De Muriel

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the provider and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “users”) that are concluded via the website www.rubber-goddess-cheyenne.com. Deviating terms and conditions of the user will not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Description of services
(1) The provider offers access to digital content in the areas of BDSM, fetish, and erotic art via its platform. This content consists of:
• Streaming of individual videos,
• Access to digital photo galleries,
Optional temporary subscription access (3 months).
(2) All content is intended exclusively for adults (18+). The user is obliged to provide truthful information about their age when registering. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the site.
3. Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of content on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking on the “Buy” or “Subscribe” button, the user submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the provider confirms the purchase by email or activates access to the content.
(3) The contract is concluded in German. An English translation can be provided on request.
4. Prices and payment
(1) All prices quoted are final prices.
(2) Payment is made exclusively via PayPal.
(3) The provider reserves the right to activate access only after receipt of payment.
5. Use and copyrights
(1) All content offered is protected by copyright.
(2) The user receives only a simple, non-transferable, highly personal right of use for personal use within the agreed term.
(3) Any form of reproduction, distribution, public display, or other use outside the platform is prohibited.
(4) Violations may result in legal action.
6. Term and termination of subscriptions
(1) Subscriptions run for 3 months and are not automatically renewed. (2) Access expires automatically at the end of the term.
(3) Refunds for unused periods are excluded.
7. Protection of minors
(1) Access to the content is only permitted to persons of legal age (18+). (2) The provider is entitled to use age verification systems.
(3) Circumvention of these measures may result in immediate blocking of access.
8. Liability
(1) The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
(2) The provider does not guarantee against failures or technical malfunctions of the streaming service if these are beyond its control (e.g., server or network problems).
(3) The user is solely liable for damages resulting from the unauthorized disclosure of access data.
9. Right of withdrawal for digital content
(1) The user expressly agrees that the provision of digital content will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
(2) This means that the right of withdrawal under Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) expires.
(3) Cancellation is therefore excluded once access has been activated.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data (e.g., name, email, payment information) is carried out in accordance with the provider's privacy policy. 11. Final provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.
(3) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
